I'd say personally that (even tho I'm married and have kids and all that but saying that those things are best things that has happened to me is gauche) the moment I won 800€ from an internet casino. It's not even that huge a win but it meant that our summer vacation was completely free of money concerns and we could travel locally with the kids.

best thing recently was that I went 7 days straight without drinking in December and also started running during the month (20 days of 6km run+sprints), I actually did not miss it during the time as long as I kept doing those runs everyday. Worst thing is I relapsed in January, so I guess I'll have to go cold turkey and not touch it ever again, else I'll probably die very soon :P

Thanks, I thought the progress was quite positive back in December because I was actually worrying I'd go through withdrawal, but other than not sleeping well on some nights I was completely fine.

I kinda turned into an extrovert (again) after going to university a few months ago and made more than a few friends. I was an extrovert before high-school, but was lonely and limited myself to a small social circle of 2-3 people (To be clear, I'm not equating being an Introvert with being lonely, Becoming extrovert and making friends kinda happened at the same time for me). I think my biggest problem was that I overthought about stupid stuff that (now that I look back at them) were obviously not true. It didn't help that I was harassed by some of my classmates in the 2nd and 3rd (more so in 2nd) years of high school. Now, I'm really happy that I've kinda overcome that period of my life. Sometimes those stupid assumptions (like being useless or being the person that everyone just endures and secretly hates) come back to me, but it's getting better. And one last thing, If there's anybody reading this that makes assumptions like this about themselves, I assure them that it's not true and people love them.

After 3 months of keeping my parents on block list dad told me that he's sorry that he called me at my workplace drunk as fuck and told me that I'm a horrible person. I'm not taking him off the blocklist...

'Cause I'm a terrible person.
