I’ve maintained my weight although I’m still technically overweight, but not longer obese. Mainly due to keeping my habit of walking and running every day. If I were more disciplined in my eating habits I’d be on my ideal weight by now.
I should go to the gym, mostly because my doctors said so before, but it can be very expensive, and the cheap options are packed every day, don’t want to play Waiting in Line Simulator every day.
Other than that I have failed to do every single goal I set myself, but that’s why I switched to yearly themes, which this year is Organization.
