Queen makes a thread. That thread gets closed because that discussion should be in other thread. Other threads which should also be closed for the same reason are not closed. Queen makes a post saying "Hey, I made an OT on MC. Wasn't sure if someone claimed it here, I'll make one here too if not." She gets banned for a week. Also, that the Crowbcat thread is still open basically proves they have something against Queen.
It's the same selective moderation shit they've had since day 1, that GAF had. The rules are not properly enforced, its only when they're enforced against specific people they have issues with that they can say "Well, it's against the rules."
Youtube self promotion is supposed to be bannable, yet you can see people posting their own youtube videos / reviews and other stuff with no repercussions whatsoever. It's only when it's someone they have issues with that the rules are magically enforced.
You might not see it, but its clear as day to quite a few of us here.

Yeah, the ban was.... strange to say the least, but yeah, better to keep this thread about the game.
Anybody knows if the review embargo lifts at release time or at least a couple of hours earlier? Since I really don't mind smaller budget (and they appear to have done incredible things with it), at this point I just want to see if there are any big reg flags before buying it.

Guns are cool too, of course. They're not a main weapon though.
But there are skill trees focusing on guns, so I guess I can use them as my side weapon.

Of Orcs and men is actually really good once you figure out the controls for it
I love old world style maps like that, everything is looking really great with the game
This is from the Of Orcs And Men people? That is one seriously underrrated title, I was mostly surprised by the very solid writing and interesting characters. This bodes very well for Greedfall.
looking back at it , this was also quite significant proble for Bound by flame aswell , that ton of people didnt understand (especially big YTers) how the combat works (iirc it had some unconventional block/parrying mechanics) and blame it all on the game not working.
I'll be watching impressions in here with great interest. I don't love the setting, but a lot of what I've seen so far seems compelling (fashion!). Hope it came together nicely.
Speaking of which, I tried explaining to my partner (who doesn't play games) why the fashion metagame is so appealing, but they didn't get it. Perhaps because at the time I burned an entire day just to get layered Drachen armor in MH World (and then promptly uninstalled because I was exhausted with the game).

I haven't bought a game at launch for quite a while but i feel i'm being herded onto the hype train for this one. It looks like it could be a lot of fun.
Fashion in an Action RPG is super important!

I gave up one of the best armors in dark souls 2 the other day because I wanted to wear another set that made me look sexy

Magic looks fun I like the "blink"dodge. I am going to go mainly magic i think we some guns.
Warrior and technician hybrid build, with one-handed sword as the main weapon with rifle skills for stuns and such.
Too bad there's no shield in this game.

That last gif has a Bloodborne vibe to it, especially that range-spam

I bought this yesterday (€40 @ Humble thanks to the Monthly subscriber discount), have good hopes that this will be a game I actually enjoy playing through. But we'll see. Spiders games have been hit and miss for me so far.
