Continuing Octopath Traveler 1. I've completed two chapter 4 stories - Tressa and Olberic. Both of their final towns are pretty cool. Atmosphere-wise, they fit their respective "end of journey" tone well. Despite Tressa's final foe was coming out of no where, the ending scene afterwards was nicely written and I was smiling throughout. Olberic's ending was less climatic but that also fits his character.
I'm following the order of recruitment to complete the chapter 4 stories, so next will be Ophilia. The sequence afterwards will be H'aanit > Therion > Alfyn > Primrose, and finally my main character Cyrus. I know there's a final dungeon and boss afterwards. Also going to fight the remaining optional bosses after completing all chapter 4 stories, so there is still a lot to do. Whew, didn't expect this to turn into such a long journey. Let's see it through.
