New week, new thread! What are you playing?

Fights in Tight Spaces... again. Not even for the new DLC. I'm playing the endless mode which was added to the game a while ago. I have never touched it before, but now I am completely addicted. Hard difficulty is nearly impossible, so I am going through it at medium. Reached level 57 so far. The enemies can hit so hard they can one-shot me, so I have to play really careful every turn. Really fun.

I'm playing Ball x Pit. It's pretty good. I'm liking it for what it is, but it's not as fun as say a Megabonk. The fusion system is really cool, and some of these characters are interesting. I'm excited to see what I unlock next.

I'm also playing Supermarket Simulator, because of course I am. I've never gotten into these types of games before, but for some reason this one latched onto me.

Another week, still playing The Hundred Line - Last Defence Academy.

I used to be able to blast through a 100hr game in a couple of weeks, but we’re coming up to week 6 or 7 now.

I think I’ve had a lot going on in my life when I started playing it. Interview for a promotion (which I got), getting grant of probate for my mum’s estate (which I now have) and dealing with general personal things that have distracted me from playing this.

Hoping to have this game done by the end of October.

Street Fighter 6: Mostly offline (testing my new controller)
KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue: Watched Back Cover and Played a bit of Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep - A Fragmentary Passage (the names of these games are going out of hand) since it was basically a prologue/tech demo I don't think there's much more of the game, I might try to do all the objectives depending on how long they take.

I decided to start Expedition 33, having foolishly decided to hold off on it until I finished some much, much longer games.
The game feels juiced, like there's a bit of work put in to make everything in the scene of combat satisfying and cathartic. But just about everything outside of that feels noticeably jank. Cutscenes look nice, but the way scenes are animated makes it feel like I'm watching a dub. I'm curious if the French script would line up better with the mocap, but from what I understand of the game's production, it might not.

I’ve been playing Avowed. Took some time for me to get into it, but now I’ve reached the point where I’m looking forward to playing it each night. Absolutely love the exploration and playing as a gunslinger has been a fun departure from the norm.

On the Steam Deck I’ve been playing Plucky Squire. Just a brilliant breath of fresh air for me.

Other than that I’d recently bought a Raspberry Pi 4 and have fiddled with a lot of emulation. Mainly classic arcades and Turbografx/PC Engine.

I'm Dooming, and I'm loving it. Fusion and its (Unofficial) Extras will provide me with enough Doom goodness this halloween season
